A processed cod from the Olson Fish Company in Minnesota. It comes in a 1 3/4-pound package ready for you to boil or bake in the oven. Delicious when served with drawn butter or cream sauce.  Need to be shipped next day air or second day air, depending on the time of the year.  We carry it year around.
