Pastry Board and Cover

The perfect rolling area to make lefse, pie crust, cookies, or any other treats you roll.  It is a pressed wood board covered with a cloth that is pulled very taunt.  You can remove it, shake out the flour, fold it in four, put it in a plastic bag and then in the freezer.  No need to worry about bugs.  When you need to use it, simply bring it to room temperature, and stretch it over the board.  Use the draw string to tighten it.
