A delicious desert cheese made of goats and or cow’s milk that can be enjoyed on apples, pears, crispbreads like Ideal, or Mor's, waffles, or toast. It is branded caramel and salty.  May require additional shipping charges because it is perishable. Gjetost is the correct Norwegian name for this brown cheese.
